Our Company was incorporated as “Axita Cotton Private Limited” at Ahmedabad on July 16, 2013. Consequent up on the conversion of our Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of our Company was changed to “Axita Cotton Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent up on the conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated October 15, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, RoC – Ahmedabad.
Under the visionary leadership of Nitin Govindbhai Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, along with Kushal Patel, Managing Director, has emerged as a prominent player in India’s cotton industry. Specializing in the ginning, pressing, and trading of raw cotton, the Company has positioned itself as a key supplier in both domestic and international markets, with a strong commitment to sustainability and rigorous quality control at every stage of its operations.
